As a travel enthusiast who is trying to make a dent in my world destination bucket-list, I have found that fellow travellers not only have remarkable stories to tell, but also love to tell them to anyone who will listen.
My goal is to create a community of travellers who have travel stories and want to share them with the world. In addition to my own destination narratives, I am also in search for your travel tales!
The travel guides I provide for you are not always your typical list-of-things-to-do. Instead, I try to inform you of the historical background of a country, city, or region, and present my travels in a literary fashion. I am in the early days of travel for now, but I hope to one day interview more locals during my visits to different countries and post their stories here for you to read (along with my own personal stories).
If you are interested in having your stories posted please see my submission guidelines page.

As a writer, I am interested in travel, culture, race, and identity. Bangladesh-born and Vancouver-raised, I live near forested mountains, the tempestuous ocean, tall coniferous trees, and microbreweries in gentrified neighbourhoods. Confused by the world, usually overwhelmed, and unsure of my direction, I’m separated from my roots, strangely haunted by thoughts of what and where I would be if I was not here.
